Online Application for the
33rd Annual Holiday Craft Festival 2008

The Saratoga Center for the Family is sponsoring its 33rd annual craft fair on Saturday, November 29th from 10 AM to 4:30 PM at the Saratoga Springs City Center. Exhibitors may begin to set up at 7:30 AM (no prior setup). Chairs and 8-foot tables are available for no charge. All tables must be covered to the floor. To maintain a high quality and professional appearance for this event, please give special attention to your booth presentation.

This a juried show open only to exhibitors who themselves make the handcrafted items.

Only a limited number of food vender spaces are available. Since the City Center prohibits specific food items, visit here (pdf document) to view their policy.

All goods must be handmade. Please, no catalog items.

Basic spaces (approx. 8’x10’) are $100.00 ($115.00*)
Large spaces (approx. 8’x15’) are $150.00 ($155.00*)
(*Late registration fee of an additional $15.00 – after June 1, 2008*)

Prepaid reservations are required. A $35.00 fee will be charged for cancellations. Cancellations received four (4)
weeks before the event are not granted a refund.

This craft fair is a juried show. A New York State Tax ID is required. Please enclose photos representative of your craft and a list of prices. You may submit your photos via . Photos are not required if you have exhibited with us in the past year. You will receive details of acceptance only if you include a legal sized self-addressed stamped envelope. Crafters will be chosen on quality, uniqueness, variety and booth display. Booth placement is chosen on the same criteria. Please do not expect the same assignment each year. Application deadline is June 1, 2008, but it is advisable to apply early.

In order to secure the highest quality crafters, we encourage you to apply now so we can jury with the best selection. We are particularly strict on specific craft quotas. End booths are assigned on a high-juried result including booth presentation.
