The Winterfest is a well-established, well-attended and well-advertised event. As an official Winterfest event, we
offer a spectacular chamber group, fine foods, an array of talented musicians and of course, your fine craft(s). This is a fun filled event. The number of exhibitors will be limited to approximately 40. Admission is free for customers and the craft fair is only open to those exhibitors who themselves make the hand crafted items. A New York State Tax ID is required. Since we use a Valentine’s Day theme for this event, please help us enhance this theme in any way.
Ball Room Spaces:
Basic space fee: $90 ($105**)
Approx. 10 ft frontage *
Large space fee: $130 ($145**)
Approx. 15 ft frontage*

Parlour Spaces:
Basic space fee: $100 ($115**)
Approx. 10 ft frontage*
Large space fee: $140 ($155**)
Approx 15 ft frontage*
*Spaces in the casino vary as to depth (minimum depth is 6 feet), width and configuration.
**A late registration fee of $15 will be assessed after September 1, 2007.
Prepaid reservations are required for this juried show. A $35.00 fee will be charged for cancellations. There will be no refunds the four weeks before the show. Please submit photos that are representative of your craft and a list of prices. Photos are not necessary if you have exhibited with us in the past year. Set up will begin at 7:45 am. You must supply your own tables and chairs. Tables must be covered to the floor.
In order to secure the highest quality crafters, we encourage you to apply now so we can jury with the best selection. We are strict on specific craft quotas. End booths are assigned on a high-juried result including booth
presentation.
